Old Deer Park, is the training ground of London Welsh Rugby Club, a Sports Venue and Function venue.

The site overlooks Kew Gardens and Old Deer Park, is in a conservation area and on Crown Estate Land.

The scheme seeks to integrate a complex set of flexible uses including a wedding venue, a sports facility, a rugby teams training complex, a members bar, restaurant and other uses.

It makes use of the existing structure to create an integrated network of functions and flexible spaces that utilise the views whilst providing a complex set of back of house services.
